FORTNIGHTLY COMMUNITY CONNECT

Every second Thursday at 11 am it’s community connect time.

I’ll be there holding space for all the women who need connection, community, questions answered, stories heard, to been seen, heard and validated. All women, mamas and babies welcome.

Community and Social Connection is 100% necessary for pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood!

Sleep Wake Windows & Sleep Schedules Guide

Between the uniqueness of each baby and family, there cannot be one perfect schedule for all babies and toddlers. In this guide, the sleep schedules and wake windows are recommended by ‘sleep science’ and sleep, trainers. But these are NOT realistic. My goal is for mums to use these sleep schedules and wake windows as a starting point, then adjust it based on their unique baby.
